Do you know that there is magic in your life?
Magic is happening all the time, I can assure you. It is simply that you have conditioned yourself not to have the awareness of it. You have closed down and don’t allow yourself the time to reflect on it.
Gratitude = thankfulness and appreciative
In my opinion, there’s no better way to see the magic that’s happening than having real gratitude for what’s going on in your life each day – large, small and anything in between.
Take a few deep breathes and allow that feeling of gratitude to permeate every cell in your body – it really only takes a moment or two.
Then I suggest that you simply reflect on your day – no rush, no making anything happen – simply be open to receive anything that’s there without judgement or censoring.
You will have such a good feeling inside when you do this as you will know that you are blessed when you receive and take it in. It is such a simple act and yet, in the busyness of life at the moment, so easy to forget.
You don’t realise that there is magic happening each and every day. You are always searching for that day when you attain whatever it is you are searching for whether it’s –
money, happiness, fame, peace, success, good health, being slim, good looking, tall, popular …
That never ending list that says in our head
‘WHEN I HAVE or I AM’
then I will be able to say ‘I’ve made it. AND then I can say that I am Blessed and am Grateful and there is Magic in my life’.
We seem unable to say ‘I’m grateful for being alive’ simply and clearly. Or be able to look at the Blessings or Magic in our life right now. Always waiting, always searching for that elusive pot of gold at the end of the rainbow!
I’m saying to you right now STOP IT. Take the risk and be YOU.
Know you are already Blessed, and Miracles are already happening in your life right now – even the tiniest ones.
The Magic is happening
