SONY DSCThe following quote by Bernard Levin from many years ago, means much to me and I trust it will to you –

“Countries like ours are full of people who have all of the material comforts they desire, yet lead lives of quiet (and at times noisy) desperation, understanding nothing but the fact that there is a hole inside them and that however much food and drink they pour into it, however many motor cars and TV sets they stuff it with, however, many well-balanced children and loyal friends they parade around the edges of it ……..it aches!”

In these times of wars, economic and environmental crises, we need to encourage our own vision and optimism to plant the seeds for those following. It can be our legacy.

Remember it’s your perception of people, society and the world that feeds your view of it. I trust you can wear the glasses that can include in both hope, care and compassion, as well as fear, sadness and helplessness. When you can see the whole, the bigger picture, as an integral part of growth and evolution for yourselves and the world, then there is the possibility of change.

I come from a place where before you take that move forward, you need to attend to yourself first.

You cannot always change your outer circumstances but you can always change your inner responses as you turn your vision outwards in service of the world in whatever way you can.

Even although I am presently writing a book (at the moment) entitled, ‘I Don’t Care’, I want to say that for me, the now belongs to those that do care and those that believe that we, individually and collectively, can make a difference for those who follow us.

Xx

PS I am still looking for case studies for my book and would be grateful if you would contact me – thank you.
