Blowing my own trumpetAs you all know, I have chosen to focus my coaching practice on women in mid-life as I know that there are so many genuine and generous Role Models in life who still haven’t seen themselves as such.

In my opinion, the more you realise that you know a lot, and that you’ll never know it all, and can draw on your personal and/or professional life experience, you offer an example for those who know you, met you albeit briefly or even follow you on social media to see that life doesn’t finish once you get to middle-age. I can assure you that it does not.

I am choosing to stand out and make a difference because I am one of the ‘Been there, done that, got the ‘T’ shirt’ women’. I want to support and challenge you on discovering the value in yourself. Again, I want to support and challenge you in re-discovering and re-igniting your forgotten or lost dreams.

I have a lifetime of personal and professional experience which I bring to my work – 1-1 or groups sessions – so my blog today is about ‘blowing my own trumpet’ as this is coming from a place of integrity as I know not only that I can, but also that I am making a difference by being a Role Model for those who are on the edge of making a decision to open up and expand their perception of themselves.

By choosing what you focus on, you create your own reality. And this can prevent you from living the life you want to live. And you can choose to see it differently! I so, so know this one.

So come on, now is the time for you to focus on you as a Role Model for others.

Let me know how it goes.
